It's always fun to get freebies and it's fun for me to give them!

I promised a few of you some photos from the lake, so I thought I might as well share with everyone!

I work at the dining table. . . picked the flowers in the woods earlier in the day . . . wild asters, balsam sprigs (my favorite), red clover, and I have no idea what they're from, but I love the red berries!

Here's what I see as I look up (often) while I'm at work! (Helps me get done faster so I can get out there!)

My personal favorite, my supervisor. . . Tippy, the chocolate lab! She's never gets after me for slacking! (However, she does bug me for a treat now and then!)

We were treated to a REAL fish fry by our neighbors, Joe and Jolette. It was amazing. . . check out the stove and setting!

Have you ever had "walleye cheeks"? They are the little things frying in the lower right side of the fying pan. Delish! What a treat!

Here's the best treat of all this weekend! Seeing this out the window as we were sitting drinking our morning coffee! We watched Mr. Eagle swoop down and catch a fish and then land in this tree next to our deck to eat his breakfast! Breathtaking!
